A Nigerian man, Charles Isidi, has recounted one of his favourite moments with his late father during his marriage introduction.
He stated that while his wife’s family were about to serve food, his dad stated that they needed to explain the reason for their visit so that while they were eating, another man wouldn’t come for the bride’s hand in marriage.
“One of my favorite moments with my dad was the introduction. My wife’s family were about to serve food, and my dad got up energetically “We need to say why we came, so that while we are eating, someone else will not come and ask for your daughter’s hand” I will miss him so much,” he wrote on X on Monday.
