Stephanie Coker Aderinokun, the popular Nigerian media personality, has decried the different exorbitant charges Lagos housing agents place on prospective clients.
In a post shared on her Instastories, Stephanie recounted how she contacted a housing agent and was asked to pay N20, 000 non-negotiable viewing charge.
She also mentioned that some housing agencies demand 20% agency fee.
