Iran Launches Fresh Attack on Israel, Five Killed

Iran early Monday morning launched fresh attack on Israel.
The attack led to the death of five people and left 92 other injured.
This is according to Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service.
The casualties resulted from hits on four locations across central Israel, including Bnei Brak, near Tel Aviv.
The MDA said those killed included “two women and two men around the age of 70, as well as one additional fatality.”
“So far, MDA teams have evacuated 92 injured persons to hospitals, including a 30-year-old woman in serious condition with facial injuries, six in moderate condition, and 85 in mild condition,” the emergency agency added in a statement.
Search and rescue operations were still underway at two of the affected sites.
Iran launched the missile barrage early Monday in response to Israel’s strikes on military and nuclear facilities deep inside Iranian territory.
The ongoing exchange has marked the most intense direct confrontation yet between the two countries, sparking global concern over a broader regional conflict.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant had earlier warned that “Tehran’s residents will pay the price” for any Iranian strikes targeting Israeli civilians.
