I’m Still PDP Member, Will Happily Step On Toes of Rich People – Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike has insisted that he’s a member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
He made the statement on Monday while claiming that he’s working hard for the party.
Addressing his monthly press briefing, the Minister warned that he’s not afraid to step on the toes of rich people.
According to Wike, he enjoys stepping on the toes of the wealthy, not the poor people.
He said: “Look at what we are doing differently. I have found out that most of them didn’t have the courage to annoy people, to step on toes – I take joy when stepping on the toes of big men, those who say nothing will happen. I take joy in saying something will happen.
“It makes me happy. You want me to take decisions against the poor people while you, the rich man, think nothing will happen – something will happen. And that’s why we are getting results.
“The only person that I owe is Mr. President. This is what I’m doing because I have to support the government and make a difference.
“I’m in PDP, but when people don’t want to learn, impunity will kill you. I’m still in PDP and work hard for this party.”
