FCT Police Arrest Three In Connection With K!lling Of Fresh Graduate At Boys Brigade Camping Site

The FCT Police Command has recorded a breakthrough in its probe into the attack on the Boys Brigade camping site in Zhayidna Village, Orozo, which led to the tragic demise of one of the campers, Johnson John.
It was earlier reported that a fresh graduate, Johnson John, was killed during a Boys Brigade camping event on March 29.

Given an update into the investigation, the spokesperson of the FCT police command, SP Josephine Adeh, said while acting on credible intelligence and digital tracking conducted on the mobile phones of the deceased, the Divisional Police Officer Karshi, CSP Mbang Usang led a team of Police operatives, trailed and arrested three suspects in connection with the incident. Adeh gave the names of the arrested suspects as Stanley Ukweze, Dauda Yohana, and Gemu Adamu, all residents of Wasa Village, Karshi.
‘’At the time of arrest, three mobile phones were recovered from the suspects, two of which have been confirmed to belong to the deceased. The suspects are in custody and will be charged to court at the conclusion of investigation.” she said.
She added that the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, CP Ajao S. Adewale, has reaffirmed the Command’s dedication to a thorough and uncompromising investigation.
