‘Astonishing’ – Piers Morgan Reacts As Leicester Man, Ramesh Survives

Renowned British TV presenter Piers Morgan has described the survival of Leicester resident Vishwashkumar Ramesh in the Air India plane crash as nothing short of astonishing.

Tori News reported on Thursday that the crashed Air India flight had lost signal shortly after leaving Ahmedabad airport, leading to multiple deaths.

Authorities say that at least 265 dead bodies have been found at the crash site.

The aircraft was headed to London, the United Kingdom but incidentally crashed into a residential area of India’s Ahmedabad city on Friday.

The crashed aircraft had on board 169 Indians, 53 British nationals, 7 Portuguese, and 1 Canadian.

Vishwashkumar Ramesh, one of the 53 British passengers on board, survival the crash.

Reacting to what many have described as a miracle, Piers Morgan wrote on  X, “Amid all the horror of the Air India plane crash, this story of British national Vishwashkumar Ramesh from Leicester, who was in seat 11a, being the sole survivor and walking away with just a few scratches, is truly astonishing.”
