Arewa Youths President Calls For VeryDarkMan’s Release (Video)

President of the Arewa Youths, Abdul DanBature, has called for the release of social media critic, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, despite previously threatening him over comments about the Sultan of Sokoto

In a new video, DanBature begged security agencies to free VeryDarkMan, citing his support for Northern youths and unity among Nigerian youth in times of crisis.

He emphasized VeryDarkMan’s connection to the North, where he was born and raised.

He said: “I want to appeal to security agencies for the release of Verydarkman. Indeed we need to stand by each other anytime one of our youth leader gets into a problem or trouble. We need to come together as Nigerian youths to stand for ourselves

The reason why we are standing with him is because he has always stood for the northern youths. In fact he is a northerner because he was born and brought up in the north”
