Am I Running Mad? — Wife Of BBN Host, Cynthia Obi Uchendu Blasts Instagram Vendors Over Poor Customer Service

Fashion entrepreneur Cynthia Obi Uchendu has voiced her frustration over poor business practices, emphasizing that she won’t tolerate subpar service when spending her hard-earned money.
In a recent Instagram post, she called out some online vendors for what she described as poor customer service.
Cynthia narrated how she selected a few items from a vendor and asked for the total cost, including delivery — only for the vendor to send item prices individually and expect her to do the maths herself.
“Isn’t it the job of the seller to give the total amount of what I’m buying? Or am I running mad?” she asked, clearly frustrated.
She then went on to remind business owners to do better, noting that customers — regardless of how much they’re spending — deserve quality service.
“Things are tough for everyone,” she added, “but if I’m spending my money, I expect to be treated right.”
