We Go Through A Lot – Regina Chukwu Says As She Sends Encouraging Message to Her Gënder

Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has sent encouraging message to women.

This is as she acknowledged that women go through a lot.

In a post on Instagram, she noted how a woman can sit in her car, bed, or bathroom crying because she is stressed yet act unbothered.

Chukwu wrote:

“You’d be surprised at how many times a woman sits in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, or in the living room and quickly cries because she’s so stressed. But when she shows her face again, she looks perfectly fine and unbothered, and she still manages to smile and go about her business like nothing happened.

Women are some of the most resilient creatures, and they go through a lot.

I’d you’re a woman and you’re reading this, I just wanna say I appreciate you for being strong through it all”.
